Berry Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop LOKA Vitality Greens+
  • Honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place the mixed berries, Greek yogurt, and almond milk in a blender.
  2. Add the chia seeds and LOKA Vitality Greens+.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add honey or agave syrup if desired.
  4. Serve immediately.
